  • This text is designed to infect their brain while they sleep, guaranteeing you are their first thought when they wake up.

HOW TO DO IT :

  • Find a specific task or emotional need they struggle with (e.g., they get anxious easily, or they need help with their work/decisions).
  • Step in and solve it perfectly for them 3 or 4 times. Become their absolute safe space.
  • The Shadow Drop: Suddenly, pull back. Tell them you are 'too busy' to help this time, but do it coldly.

WHY IT WORKS :

  • You artificially created a dependency, and then removed the crutch. They will feel completely lost in the 'shadow' and will beg for your attention and guidance to feel secure again. You now hold all the power.
