HOW TO DO IT :
- When you ask a hard question, watch their hands immediately. The Sign: If they touch their nose or scratch their neck (specifically under the earlobe) while answering, they are likely lying.
WHY IT WORKS :
- Lying causes a release of histamine and catecholamines, which causes the tissues in the nose and neck to swell slightly and itch. It is an unconscious attempt to self-soothe the stress.
