Heartbeat Sync

 

  • You can't actually feel their heart, but you can hack their nervous system by syncing your breathing.

HOW TO DO IT :

When you are sitting close to them or hugging:

  • Watch their chest or shoulders. Notice the rhythm of their breathing.
  • Match it exactly. Inhale when they inhale. Exhale when they exhale.
  • Pace and Lead: Once you are synced for 2 minutes, gradually slow your own breathing down.

WHY IT WORKS :

  • This is a biological hack. When two people breathe in sync, their nervous systems align. If you slow your breathing, they will subconsciously slow theirs to match you, making them feel incredibly relaxed, safe, and connected to you.
