- You can't force pupils to dilate with your mind, but you can manipulate the environment to get the confirmation you need.
HOW TO DO IT :
- Invite the person to a place with dimmer lighting (a candlelit dinner, a night walk, or just turn down the lights).
- Maintain deep eye contact.
- The Test: If their pupils dilate (get huge) and encompass almost their whole eye, they are flooded with dopamine and oxytocin.
WHY IT WORKS :
- If you are in a bright room, their pupils should be small. If you are in a bright room and their pupils are STILL huge when looking at you, that is the strongest biological sign of love that exists. It means their brain is trying to take in as much of 'you' as possible.
