Crown Posture

  • This is a visualization trick used by actors and models to project extreme confidence without looking stiff.

HOW TO DO IT :

  • Imagine there is a heavy, invisible crown resting on the top of your head.
  • To stop it from falling, you naturally have to lift your chin slightly, pull your shoulders back and down, and keep your neck straight.
  • Walk from your hips, not your shoulders.

WHY IT WORKS :

  • Most people walk with 'tech neck' (looking down at phones) which signals low status and submission. The 'Crown' alignment forces your chest open, exposing your vital organs, which biologically signals to everyone in the room: 'I am completely unafraid.
