You must become a ghost. Do not just ignore them; remove their ability to perceive you.


  • The Blindfold: Hide your Instagram Stories/Status from them specifically.

  • The Mute: Mute their stories so you never accidentally watch them.

  • The Void: Do not post anything for 72 hours. No memes, no updates.

  • The Silence: If they text you, wait 12–24 hours to reply, and give a dry, one-word answer.


WHY IT WORKS :

  • Arrogant people thrive on knowing you are watching them. When you 'Blackout,' you cut off their supply of narcissistic supply. They will begin to wonder: 'Did I offend them?', 'Did they block me?', 'Are they with someone else?'
